Sanda

Sanda (Chinese: 散打)also known as Chinese boxing or Chinese kickboxing, is the official Chinese kickboxing full-contact combat sport. Sanda is a fighting system which was originally developed by the Chinese military based upon the study and practices of traditional Chinese martial arts and modern combat fighting techniques; it combines boxing and full-contact kickboxing, which includes close range and rapid successive punches and kicks, with wrestling, takedowns, throws, sweeps, kick catches, and in some competitions, even elbow and knee strikes.

Taolu

Taolu (Chinese: 套路)is a series of offensive and defensive movements and a complete set of forms of expression, including the reflection of individual techniques, eye methods, body methods, footwork, leg methods, instrument methods, as well as the consciousness, spirit, breath, strength and rhythm required to complete the above techniques.

In the World Wushu Championships, ususlly Wushu Taolu are Changquan, Nanquan, Sword, Southern sword, Taiji sword, Gunshu, Qiangshu, etc.

As part of Chinese traditional culture, they have a rich heritage and embody the health-preserving thoughts and ethical concepts of traditional Chinese philosophy. They emphasize the cultivation of both internal and external aspects, integrating fitness and self-cultivation into one. Whether in terms of techniques or principles, they demonstrate harmony. and integration.
